Secure Choice was started by Simon Worden who spent many years working alongside insurance brokers and business.  Simon’s background was originally in marketing, connecting brokers with small businesses who needed insurance advice.  

“After years of helping brokers connect with businesses and having hundreds of conversations with those business who felt that many brokers were giving under-par service,  I wanted to start an advice business which delivered what business want.  To take the time to listen to customers and understand what they need. To provide expert, tailored advice and help them save money on their cover.  To do what we promise and support them not just in sourcing more competitive cover, but also providing a great customer experience by being at the end of the phone when they have admin questions, cover queries and just general guidance".
